First Phase Property Audit Complete

Coverwood, who have been appointed by a large UK outsourcing company have completed phase 1 of a strategy designed to help a large overseas corporate analyse and determine their options in the future for an industrial site.

The initial phase provided a detailed analysis of the lease (Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part 2 implications), a detailed site inspection, report on planning options, market and rent review and future options be it disposal or retained under new terms.

Two further phases have been proposed which would offer the client a detailed enabling strategy followed by implementation.
