Guildford Lease Renewal

Acting on behalf of a Guildford based client, Coverwood are in the process of negotiating the best possible terms for an office based client. The lease which benefits from the protection of the Landlord and Tenanct Act 1954 does offer the opportunity for the client to remain in occupation although more attractive terms could well be available by relocatiing. A search is being run in parallel to enable the client to benefit from the ongoing weak market.
